I started Hello Good and Well because I wasn’t ready to give up doing good but the work was having negative effects on my wellness. I felt stuck between not feeling like my work in the for profit sector would do much social good and the often bleak realities of working for nonprofits.

I wanted to create a space where people could explore their own agency to bring change to their workplaces before they become the boss, and some resources for becoming the boss too because that’s that only way we are going to get workplaces that support our wellness and allow us to improve the world in tangible ways, good work.

We spend too much of our lives at work for it not to feel good.
